HBK Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a valid PE license, though 10+ years of significant SUE or DOT experience may be considered in lieu of licensure. This position leads, supports, and directs teams consisting of project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel involved in the design, modification, analysis, and constructability of new and existing utility systems.
This senior management role involves leading teams to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies while working on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues. The position requires managing, supervising, and scheduling execution of programs while monitoring productivity, quality, financial health, and progress with comprehensive oversight responsibilities.
