PSE's Growth Strategy team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior Business Analyst position!

The Growth Strategy team at Puget Sound Energy is accountable for enabling beneficial customer growth through innovative grid integration solutions that deliver customer value while ensuring reliability, affordability, and progress toward clean energy goals. This work is complex, fast-paced, and requires precise analysis to shape and accelerate key operational and financial decisions.
The Growth Strategy Team is looking for a versatile Senior Business Analyst to initiate, lead, and perform detailed analysis; evaluate customer and market opportunities; benchmark best practices; assess operational readiness; improve processes; and build the financial models, schedules, forecasts, and dashboards to deliver key insights through cross-enterprise coordination. The right candidate must bring creativity, comfort using AI-enabled tools, system thinking, and the analytical discipline to make complex information clear and actionable.

The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $136,300.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
