Server Assistant / Busser

Perry St. is actively seeking Server Assistants

We are looking for candidates who are committed to learning and growing in their work environments. Requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, food/wine/beverage knowledge, and a desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality.

Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:

•Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant

•Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service

•A minimum of one year experience in fine dining

•Organization and multi-tasking skills

•An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor

•Ability to work as a team player

•The ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position

•Hospitality experience

• OPEN AVAILABILITY which includes daytime hours, evening hours, and weekends.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of restaurant experience.

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
