Job description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Required Skills- Create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- DevOps/release management experience.
- Assisting with requirements gathering, design, and development.
- Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing.
- Performing production support for IT systems.
- Leading focused discussions on technical topics.
- Reading/Creating technical system documents.
- Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business areas.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Leading and guiding junior developers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
