This position supports the AFLCMC/WIW (Wedgetail and AWACS) Division and is located at Tinker AFB, OK. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices for classified and unclassified environments * Provide daily IT support for the WIW office, including workstation setup, troubleshooting, asset management, and office technology support * Support network, communication, and business systems administration activities within Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments * Coordinate network access requests, workstation provisioning, and escalation activities with supporting communications and cybersecurity organizations * Manage and maintain IT asset inventories and equipment accountability records * Support installation, setup, and troubleshooting of audio/visual systems and conference room technology * Maintain and support Microsoft-based office systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and SharePoint environments * Develop implementation plans, schedules, milestones, status updates, and tracking documentation for office IT initiatives and system deployments * Perform daily configuration, operation, optimization, and maintenance of business systems supporting office operations * Analyze system performance and resource utilization to support operational efficiency and planning * Provide responsive front office IT support to senior leadership and staff personnel * Assist users with accessing, utilizing, and troubleshooting business systems and office technologies * Coordinate installation and integration of new IT systems, office technology, and communication equipment Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Required Qualifications: Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance Education: Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD, OR, * * 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Masters degree and 3 years of professional experience in the discipline being performed and must be within the DoD * Prior experience providing IT support on a military installation or government contract * Familiarity with Air Force or DoD network and security processes * Experience supporting senior leadership, executive offices, or front office environments * Background supporting communications squadrons, base IT contracts, or executive support organizations * Experience supporting classified and unclassified workstation setups and access requests * Experience maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft-based office systems * Experience coordinating installation of new IT systems and audio/visual equipment * Experience developing implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates for office IT projects * Candidates with highly specialized enterprise systems administration experience focused strictly on server or database administration may not align with the front office support focus of this role Technical Skills: * Desktop and workstation setup and troubleshooting * Printer and peripheral support * IT asset management and inventory tracking * Microsoft Windows operating systems * Microsoft 365 ecosystem administration and support * SharePoint administration and support * Network access coordination * Audio/visual system support * Basic project planning and implementation tracking * General office IT support and customer troubleshooting Interpersonal Skills: * Customer service mindset * Dependability and responsiveness * Ability to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment * Friendly and approachable personality * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize urgent requests and shifting priorities * Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills Additional Information: Location: Located at Tinker AFB, OK Worksite Type: Onsite #LI-JG1 Company Overview Odyssey Systems is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
