Job Description IT System Administrator Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $39/hr Contract to Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an IT Systems Administrator to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting with managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT network infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as liaison between teams Recommend network-related hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve network, application and system issues as needed Coordinate changes to IT systems Support current and legacy software and systems Support a variety of technologies Respond to equipment downtime issues REQUIREMENTS: Associate Degree 3+ years of professional experience as a Windows Systems Administrator Working knowledge of ITSM principles or ITIL4 Foundations certification Understanding of network threats and mitigation techniques Knowledge of MS SQL server and QAN/LAN concepts Experience with VMWare, vSphere environment Proficient knowledge of operating systems, network systems, and IT architecture TERMS: This is a contract to hire opportunity with a wage up to $39/hr based on experience.
