Job Description
  • Database Administrator for Salesforce at Webster and all systems that will integrate with Salesforce (ie., Conga, Conga Trigger, FormAssembly, QuickBooks, etc)
    • Manage data and quality; generate and customize reports
    • Strategize new ways to improve functionality and automate existing tasks that are manual
    • Project manage work in process with Salesforce Consultant and other providers of systems integrating with Salesforce
    • Test work in process, new developments
    • Train personnel at a variety of comprehension levels
    • Implement and follow up on implementation to understand what refinements are required
    • Document Standard Operating Procedures post implementation
  • Manage Webster website (working both with Web developer on major modifications and requirements; being able to make minor modifications and edits as needed)
  • Manage standalone systems relating to Access Control, Maintenance Work Order, Package Delivery etc. 
  • Run daily health checks to ensure seamless operation and to ensure 100% uptime across all systems
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Self-motivated/drive, detail oriented with the ability to independently learn new systems and processes rapidly 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical user
