Community Relations Director (Sales amp; Marketing Director)

Magnolias of Lancaster, a Memory Care community of Lancaster, PA is looking for an energetic and influential sales and marketing professional to successfully market our premier community to individuals and professionals in the Lancaster area. Magnolias of Lancaster is part of IntegraCare, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living amp; Memory Care Communities throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Salary: $54,000 - $55,000 per year + Monthly marketing bonuses and Quarterly community performance bonuses with no caps!

Responsibilities include:

· Drive revenue growth through lead follow up and professional referrals

· Achieve census and sales activity goals

· Take action through strong initiative and self-direction

· Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources

· Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community

· Manage the inquiry and admissions process

· Maintain the marketing lead base

· Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups

· Coordinate tours of the community

Qualifications include:

  • Three (3) or more years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the long-term health care industry
  • Senior Living Sales amp; Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Valid driver’s license.
