Business Intelligence Analyst Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and Interpret Data:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to drive decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform software development and marketing strategies.
Develop Data Visualizations and Reports:
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Present findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with Software Development Teams:
- Work closely with developers to optimize product performance and user experience based on data insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance system features and functionality.
Support Marketing Initiatives:
- Assist the marketing team in analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure Data Integrity and Security:
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

Skills & Experience:
