Reports to: Director of Business Intelligence
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Administrator maintains Stonebridge's core BI platforms - Microsoft Fabric and Otelier - ensuring system reliability and timely issue resolution. This role manages user access and permissions, serves as a frontline resource for stakeholder questions and troubleshooting, owns the maintenance of Property, Market and other Hospitality databases. Performs validation of data and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity across the BI environment.
Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Fabric and Otelier platforms, including user access and security, performance monitoring and issue resolution / escalation.
  • Manage the full user access lifecycle across BI platforms, including provisioning, role-based permissions, and periodic access audits.
  • Serve as a frontline resource for user questions, troubleshooting requests, and system guidance for property-level and corporate stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update various Company & hospitality indistry databases, ensuring records reflect current and developing portfolio status.
  • Perform ongoing validation of data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the BI environment.

Experience, Education, and Skills:
  • Financial accounting and analysis background.
  • Strong Excel proficiency.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Programming experience (Python or similar languages) preferred

Work Environment:
  • Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers.
  • Requires extended periods of sitting and performing detailed work on multiple projects.
  • Occasional travel to hotel properties for on-site support, new openings, or acquisitions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting
