In this role you will:                                                                                   

Services performed at our spa are specifically tailored to help our clients with their skin concerns, and we offer medical-grade skin care treatments while pampering our clientele. The ideal candidate will be versed in advanced chemical peels, medical microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and have experience in anti-aging and anti-acne treatments. 

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, medical history, and preferences. 
• Perform highly-skilled aesthetic treatments including but not limited to; custom facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Pelleve, Velashape, and SilkPeek.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and product recommendations.
• Participate in product training with our vendor partners and stay up to date in the latest skincare products, technologies, and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa rooms, restock products, complete on-site laundry
• Promote sales of all products and services
• Provide one on one consultations to patients visiting the Schlessinger MD dermatology practice
• Cross-promote with our advanced cosmetic services
• Be a self-starter with a sunny disposition that maintains client retention and enjoys building relationships with patients.
• Answering phones and receptionist duties, including booking and canceling appointments and running transactions (EMR experience for documentation a plus)
• Additional tasks as needed

Compensation: Hourly pay AND commissions on services, plus monthly bonuses! (Average of $20-30 per hour).
Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Spa Hours: Mon/Wed: 9am-5pm. Tues/Thurs: 10am-7pm. Fri/Sat: 9am-3pm

(*We may occasionally adjust employee work schedules or business hours to meet customer/patient needs, respond to emerging opportunities, or address unforeseen challenges)

What you bring to the table:

• Must have a valid Aesthetics license
• Experience with clientelling and building engaging and lasting relationships with customers/patients
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and their effects on the skin
