Job satisfaction depends on factors such as workplace culture, management, and opportunities for advancement, which can vary between employers. Researching specific spa employers and reading employee reviews can provide better insight into the work environment.

What qualifications do I need to work in a spa?

To work in a spa, individuals typically need relevant certifications such as esthetician, massage therapist, or cosmetology licenses, which require completing accredited training programs and passing licensing exams. Additionally, strong customer service skills, knowledge of spa treatments, and sometimes first aid certification are important for many spa roles.
