We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified sous chef to assist our chef. Louie's Prime Steakhouse is located in the Pocono Mountains in scenic Lake Harmony.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
- Assisting with managing a kitchen
- Assist setting menus and food pricing
- Assist with ordering and monitoring supplies
- Team Leader and Team Player
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers
This is a full-time position. We are closed Monday and Tuesdays. We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Thanksgiving.
