We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify The Restaurant Stylist assemblesinterior design palettes, researches and sources decor items, artifacts,greenery, retail items, restaurant accessories (including but not limited touniforms, plateware, glassware) and packaging consistent with assigned brand/sfor new, ongoing and reconcepted stores and present to Interior Design team,Divisional Partners and Restaurant Managers.

EssentialFunctions Assemble interior design palettes, research andsource decor items, artifacts, greenery, retail items, restaurant accessories(including but not limited to uniforms, plateware, glassware) and packagingconsistent with assigned brand/s for new, ongoing and reconcepted stores andpresent to Interior Design team, Divisional Partners and restaurant Managers Research and continually cultivate new sourcesfor uniforms, plateware, restaurant accessories, lighting, greenery, artifactsand miscellaneous decor Shop online and in local retail outlets fordecor during restaurant remodeling and openings Pick up and drop off furniture, fabrics,fixtures, finishes and other design elements between Chicago area showrooms andLEYE locations in variable traffic conditions using transportation as needed Model and promote teamwork across all teams Work with and communicate directly withCompany's Founder and Company's Chairman on special interior design projects Work with Graphic Design team on variouscollateral including menu holders, check presenters and additional branding forretail items, ensuring consistency with restaurant concept and interior design Assemble materials for presentations Cultivate and maintain a strong knowledge baseof color design and technology, and design trends in art, architecture,artifacts, fashion, interior design and restaurant design. Work with Partners to prepare and submitpurchase orders to vendors and track orders of interior design project elementsutilizing standard LEYE operating procedures, and communicate with vendors andpurchasing agents Organize, continuously update and assist indeveloping the interior design library of physical and/or digital samples Use tact and good judgment when dealing withchallenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond withpatience and courtesy Attend design seminars and courses and fairsfor continuing education at the discretion of supervisor Proficiently use and operate all necessarytools, equipment and software, including but not limited to MS Word/Excel Work a variety of days and shifts includingweekends and nights with occasional travel to local and out-of-state projectsand sites Effectively communicate in order to perform andfollow job requirements in written and spoken direction Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure Work in a confined, crowded space of variablelight, noise and temperature levels Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently moveand/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for an entire shift and movesafely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven orslick surfaces Ability to travel locally to/from restaurants, materials shops, design district,furniture, decor and restaurant goods shops KeyResponsibilities and Duties Follow all rules, policies, procedures andconditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook Other duties assigned as needed
