Location: Las Vegas, NV

Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent

Pay: $105K - $125K salary + bonus, DOE


We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who is passionate about creating thoughtful, innovative interior environments and leading projects from concept through construction. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative design team where your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership will directly shape high-profile projects across a variety of markets.


What You'll Do

  • Lead interior design projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration.
  • Develop creative design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, FF&E selections, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers while managing project schedules, budgets, and design quality.
  • Meet with clients, lead presentations, conduct site visits, and oversee construction coordination.
  • Support business development by strengthening client relationships and contributing to proposals and presentations.


What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of commercial interior design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • NCIDQ certification or professional registration preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software.
  • Experience with space planning, FF&E specification, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
