Our Miami studio is growing, and we are seeking a Project Designer, Interior Design to join our Interior Design team. As part of our team, you will contribute to a wide range of international projects โ€” focusing on hospitality led projects โ€” within a busy and collaborative studio.


About the role

The Project Designer, Interior Design plays a key role in translating design vision into built reality. Youโ€™ll work closely with Lead Designers, Directors, and project teams across all stages of design from concept development through detailed design and delivery.

This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on designer who brings both creative strength and technical rigor, enjoys mentoring junior designers, and is ready to take ownership of meaningful portions of a project.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Be confident working across multiple project stages, from early concept to documentation
  • Have strong 2D and 3D design skills and a compelling, well-curated portfolio
  • Be comfortable leading portions of a project and guiding junior team member
  • Thrive in a studio where ideas are shared openly and design quality matters


Who Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Weโ€™re seeking a designer who brings curiosity, clarity of thought, and a strong collaborative mindset, with experience in hospitality and/or residential environments and a passion for design excellence.


You are:

  • 5โ€“8 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Rhino or SketchUp
  • Working knowledge of Revit (proficiency preferred)
  • Solid understanding of FF&E, finishes, specifications, and detailing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
