Applications Engineering & Technical Support
- Support customers with product application, sizing, selection, and troubleshooting of:
- gearboxes
- gearmotors
- conveyor components
- industrial chain
- bearings
- couplings
- related mechanical power transmission systems
- Recommend engineered solutions for industrial and material handling applications
- Provide technical expertise during customer discussions, project reviews, and application evaluations
- Assist with product cross-referencing, performance analysis, and system optimization
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to develop practical solutions
- Support OEMs, distributors, and end users with application guidance and technical recommendations
- Help drive projects from concept through implementation
- Mentor and support earlier-career engineers
- Share technical knowledge and best practices across the engineering team
- Assist in developing internal application expertise and customer support capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong background in:
