Job Description
Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef – Hickory & Ash Hickory & Ash, Kevin Taylor's concept in the Arista neighborhood, across from the FirstBank Center, is looking for a Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef. A unique opportunity for the right person because the location is currently closed Sunday and Monday – two consecutive days off in the restaurant industry? Unheard of! What We Do:

- Work weeks are 5 days a week. Workdays are 8-10 hours per day. Late nights are expected. Weekends and holidays are required.
- Part-time available
- 2+ years restaurant experience – Grill experience a plus
- High volume kitchen – ability to maintain a fast pace
- You are the secondary lead in the Back of the House and may occasionally help out at events at Kevin Taylor's at The Opera House.
