Restaurant Manager

Family-Owned pizza franchise seeking full-time Restaurant Manager for a growing local pizza chain.

New store located in Libertyville slated to open Q1 2023.

We seek a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work in and manage kitchen operations
• Oversee hiring/training of staff and ensure compliance with company policies/procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Have a customer first mentality and able to manage/resolve complaints
• Manage staff schedules
• Maintain appropriate labor and food costs
• Responsible for ordering food and supplies
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Assist with controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste or improve profitability
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Must be willing and able to assist in all areas of the restaurant

What we expect:

50-hour work week (weekends and evenings)

Hands-on multitasker

Great people skills

Pizza or restaurant management experience preferred
Food Managers Certification
