We use the highest quality ingredients available: Pasta Gentile, Pasta Faella, Danicoop DOP Tomatoes and Caseificio Delle Rose mozzarella di bufala to name a few. We make fresh mozzarella and fresh pasta daily. We are meticulous about everything we do- with the highest level of attention to detail with respect to Freshness, Quality and Authenticity. We also showcase some of the best Neapolitan pizza in America utilizing a wood-fired Neapolitan oven built by hand on site. We work with the best ingredients available and the best equipment – we just need a few of the best people to execute!
