Little Mama's Italian, one of Charlotte's best Italian restaurants, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. If you have a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you!

Host Responsibilities Include:

  • Happily welcome and greet guests upon arrival
  • Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them
  • Make reservations for our guests and manage waitlist technology
  • Know regulars by name (know their preferences and needs)
  • Reset tables to our standards before showing guests to their table
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
