We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong hands-on technical expertise and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in.NET and C#, possess excellent debugging skills, and have solid working knowledge of Azure services. Strong client-side development skills using jQuery and React are essential, while familiarity with Kendo UI is an added advantage. The candidate should also be highly competent at the database level, with the ability to analyze queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot data-related issues. This role requires a proactive engineer who can lead by example, guide team members, and contribute to building high-quality, scalable solutions.
