Restaurant/Bar Supervisor

Description:
The Hyatt Regency Wichita is looking for an Outlets Supervisor that is responsible for supervising Harvest Restaurant and Bar, Perks Market and In Room Dining staff. The position should be able to evaluate staff performance and be their resource in any situation encountered. This position should have strong communication skills and a desire to help ensure all guest service expectation is exceeded. You must be able to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner.

This position is heavy on the operations side of Food & Beverage.  Candidates must have the desire and stamina to work long hours, work on their feet and deal with difficult situations in a professional manner. This is not a desk job.

Qualifications:

• Available to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service and/or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
• Refined communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time.
