About the Opportunity

A premier hospitality and recreation destination in Omaha is seeking to identify an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a high-volume food and beverage outlet. The property offers a combination of elevated dining, bar and lounge service, private events, and a strong social atmosphere serving members, guests, event attendees, and the surrounding community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on food and beverage leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, and creating a consistently strong guest experience. The Outlet Manager will take ownership of day-to-day operations while partnering with culinary, events, and property leadership to maintain service standards, control costs, and drive overall outlet performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of daily food and beverage outlet operations, including restaurant, bar, and lounge service
  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor during peak business periods
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and develop front-of-house employees
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate service expectations, menu updates, events, and daily priorities
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Monitor service flow and work closely with culinary leadership to ensure timely and consistent execution
  • Oversee labor, scheduling, payroll, operating expenses, and other controllable costs
  • Support outlet profitability through effective staffing, cost awareness, and operational execution
  • Train employees on service standards, menu and beverage knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and operating procedures
  • Partner with events and culinary teams to support tournaments, private parties, banquets, and social events
  • Build relationships with regular guests while creating a welcoming environment for new visitors
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while identifying opportunities to improve the overall experience
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol-service requirements
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar hospitality leader
  • Full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, country club, golf course, private club, or event-driven food and beverage experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing restaurant and bar operations in a high-touch guest environment
  • Strong floor leadership with the ability to remain actively engaged in daily service
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, payroll, labor management, cost controls, and restaurant financial performance
  • Experience coordinating with culinary and event teams in a multi-faceted operation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, approachable leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused during high-volume service periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
