Schedule: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Saturdays Required, Closed Sundays

What You'll Do

As an Outlet Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process—from greeting and discovery to closing the sale and follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and productivity goals
  • Earn performance bonuses for surpassing sales expectations
  • Develop strong product knowledge of clearance and special-order merchandise
  • Greet customers in a retail showroom environment and confidently guide them through the buying process
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs to recommend products and solutions
  • Educate customers on product condition, features, pricing, and value
  • Prepare and present pricing clearly and accurately
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the sale from initial greeting through closing
  • Accurately enter customer and sales information into company systems
  • Perform proactive customer follow-up to support sales and customer satisfaction
