The hourly rate for this opportunity is $24.00 an hour.


The Seasonal Outlet Food & Beverage Supervisor (April through October) will oversees the daily operations of the restaurant or food & beverage outlet and leads a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest service, quality standards, and efficient operations. This role is responsible for training staff, supporting service excellence, maintaining operational readiness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall profitability of the outlet. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to align service standards and support new initiatives and offerings.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Supervise and schedule outlet team members; coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations including cleanliness, dining room setup, service flow, side work, and overall readiness to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and proper product rotation.
  • Support food and beverage service standards by ensuring menu knowledge, service consistency, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere throughout the outlet.
  • Collaborate on promotions, special events, seasonal offerings, and initiatives that drive guest engagement and outlet revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, health, and responsible alcohol service regulations where applicable.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in food & beverage operations and prior supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant or outlet operations, cost control, and guest service excellence.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring professionalism, accountability, and high performance.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
  • Certification in RBS and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire.

Great If You Have

  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
