AC Barbeque is excited to announce its first brick and mortar restaurant in Westfield Century City in Spring/Summer 2024.POSITIONAt AC Barbeque, we don't just serve food-we serve an experience. As a Team Member, you'll be holding it down on every part of the operation-greeting guests, taking orders, working the kitchen, making sure every plate that leaves the line is straight fire, and showing all guests great hospitality. Whether you're serving up that slow-smoked goodness or helping a guest pick the perfect sauce, you're bringing the heat with energy, passion, and a whole lot of flavor.WHAT YOU'LL DOGreet every guest like they just walked into your family cookout-big smile, big energy!Help guests navigate the menu, so they don't miss out on the must-try flavors.Monitor the order and if there are missing items such as drinks or sides, ask the guest whether they would like to order those items so they don't forget an item and need to return to wait in line.Ensure the guests verify their orders on the ordering screen at the counter before processing payment.Make sure orders are accurate, processed smoothly, and packed up with BBQ love.Know the menu like the back of your hand-because when folks ask about sauces, you gotta school'em

Accurately read and verbally communicate tickets to the rest of the team; clearly communicate any allergens, special requests, as well as other special circumstances and ensure they are correctly accommodated; make boxes, fold papers, and keep trays and the work area organized.Execute recipes according to specs; ensure all product is at the correct temperature, prepared with optimal quality, and according to any allergies or other special requests; and prepare and cut product as necessaryWork as a team to keep the AC Barbeque vibe top-tier-no weak links in this pit crew!
