Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: $105K - $115K

This iconic Hollywood property is seeking a "New Outlet" Manager. When you join this team, you start a unique opportunity to become celebrated as the very best in your field. Qualifications:
  • 5+ years leadership experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
  • Proven success managing high-volume, high-touch restaurant operations
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
Responsibilities:
  • Overall management of the lobby café and hotel bar's operational functions. This will include having a well-known presence on the floor while supervising assigned staff.
  • Conducting daily team meetings prior to the start/end of a shift
  • Responsible for both new hire and ongoing training and coaching. Issuing performance feedback, recommending and administering corrective counseling.
