Job description

A Coach is a team leader who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Coaches are responsible for coaching our team members in executing daily operations and our \Winning Hearts Everyday\ strategy. Coaches report to our Executive Director Team. A Coach's main areas of focus are running shifts, operating at a standard aligned with the Coach scorecard, developing team members, and maintaining a high standard in our culture.

Coach Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
