Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding and leading our team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership and development: Continuously leading, coaching, inspiring, and developing your staff in all hospitality and culinary standards related to their positions. You will shape the restaurant culture to ensure that all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.

Food quality and standards: Driving standards to ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. You will also protect the safety of all team members by ensuring that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition, following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.

Training and development: Embracing the training and striving for continuous development in the kitchen and dining room, ensuring knowledge of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines.

Staff scheduling and labor management: Effectively managing areas of responsibilities, such as scheduling team members for a specific work group, accommodating flexible schedules, posting schedules in advance, and anticipating business activity while ensuring positions are staffed and labor cost objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably within a similar environment, such as high-volume, upscale casual, and scratch kitchen.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, including kitchen management shifts, floor management shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance and 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Food handler's and/or alcohol certification may be required, depending on store location.
