Job description

Position: - Salesforce SFDC Developer Role

Location: - Boston ( Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Duration: Contract

Rate: DOE

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization
  • Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries
  • Hands on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories
  • Experience implementing complex Apex integrations, applying multiple integration design patterns
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi object security architecture
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 design patterns developing complex Apex Integration.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above
  • Exposure to Banking , Financial service or Wealth Management domains.
  • Exposure to AI and AI integrations
