Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Help create and maintain event budgets and schedules.
- Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown activities.
- Assist with registration processes and attendee communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the events team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
