To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
About the Role:
We are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.
In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute - you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events
  • Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
  • Own projects from early planning stages through execution
  • Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards
2. Operational Strategy & Design (0→1)
  • Translate partner needs into scalable operational models
  • Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed
  • Define how the event should be run - not just how to execute it
3. Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments
  • Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans
  • Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies
  • Make decisions with incomplete information
4. Cross-functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
  • Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners
5. Execution Oversight
  • Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
  • Support local teams in executing complex setups
  • Step in when needed to unblock critical issues
What Success Looks Like:
  • Complex events are delivered without relying on existing playbooks
  • New operational models are designed, tested, and reused
  • Partners see Fever as a strategic operator, not just an executor
  • Ambiguity is reduced through clear structure and decision-making
  • Projects move forward without constant supervision or escalation
About You:
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
    • Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR
    • Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
  • Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end
Skills & Mindset
  • Structured problem solver: you break down complexity into clear actions
  • Builder mentality: you create solutions where none exist
  • High ownership: you operate independently with minimal guidance
  • Strategic + execution balance: you can design and implement
  • Strong stakeholder management: you influence without authority
Nice to Have
  • Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops)
  • Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations
  • Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus
Languages
  • Fluent English required
What We Offer:
  • Ownership of the most complex and strategic projects in the company
  • High visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership
  • The opportunity to build operations from scratch at global scale
  • A fast-paced environment with real autonomy and impact

Benefits & Perks:
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary of between 70.000k-74.500k, and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption
  • Gympass
  • English Lessons
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
