Job description

The Graphics Project Manager is responsible for planning executing, tracking and closing graphics projects from both internal and external pre-press agencies and brands while collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure final deliverables are received and finished to company and client standards. The Graphics Project manager will ensure all deliverables are received to specs and on time and make sure to inform all stakeholders in graphics execution between project inception and printing tool delivery.

Key responsibilities:

1. Track Graphics timelines through cross-functional teams.

2. Update, inform and notify internal and external stakeholders about project status and roadblocks.

3. Deliver quality and reliable instructions for graphic arts projects to vendors and brands to ensure proper press and packaging execution.

4. Understand Project Tracking and timeline management to balance work and client and internal priorities.

5. Work with internal technical teams to ensure packaging execution.

6. Understand Basic to Advanced Pre-Press needs and information to complete tasks with internal and external pre-press teams.

7. Basic understanding of printing and packaging production.

8. Basic understanding of color and printing theory.
