We are looking for a Graphic Packaging Manager to join our onsite team and support one of the world's most recognised beverage brands.
In this role, you will coordinate packaging artwork projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of graphic assets from briefing through to final artwork approval. Acting as the link between marketing teams, artwork studios and production partners, you will help drive quality, consistency and operational excellence across a diverse packaging portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in FMCG packaging, artwork management or graphic production, together with a strong understanding of packaging workflows and print production processes.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate the artwork production between our team and clients
  • Follow-up of the production and deadlines, manage and coordinate projects, and be responsible for the On-time & On-quality delivery
  • Be responsible for the development and execution of packaging ranges
  • Perform quality control
  • Support teams and provide training to new members of our customer teams involved in the artwork process
  • Drive continuous improvement pipeline for artwork process and ensure alignment with global artwork process
  • Be the guardian of brand guidelines
  • Build, maintain and develop effective & positive working relationships, and wider supply chain becoming a trusted advisor and enabling first class service. 
  • Take full ownership of the daily on-site relationship with the relevant marketing team and supporting departments   
You will have…
 
  • Experience in graphic arts -  3-4 years design/pre-press agency experience in project management, artwork coordination, print and production industry or similar role on the client side.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging (artwork and reprography), printing processes (offset, dry offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing and colour management.
  •  Experience in working in cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and experience managing packaging artwork projects from brief development through to print execution.
  •                • A collaborative, positive and solutions focused-mindset and proactive problem-solver. Agile and independent, with the desire to take the initiative on projects and learn/grow.
  •                 • Unparalleled attention-to-detail and quality. Ability to evaluate and approve artwork files for accuracy.
  • A rigorous mindset, coupled with an organized approach and a customer service focus
  • English & Spanish proficient
  • Exposure to complex FMCG environments (e.g. beverage or multi-market packaging portfolios) 
  • The ability to work autonomously
