Location: San Mateo, CA - Onsite
Contract: September 2026 - December 18, 2026 with potential for extension
Pay: $21/hr
Our client is a leading global technology and e-commerce company operating a digital shopping platform that connects consumers with thousands of merchants and brands. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in e-commerce, digital operations, or website management.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update merchant profiles, promotions, Cash Back offers, and website content.
  • Communicate with merchants and advertising partners regarding promotions, commissions, and site updates.
  • Perform QA checks on website content, mobile notifications, landing pages, and other customer-facing features.
  • Maintain accurate information across internal and affiliate platforms.
  • Support the Website Operations team with merchant relationships, site management, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high-volume email and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with basic web concepts such as URLs, data entry, and online graphics.
  • Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, or database/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Four-year degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
