As the Graphics Coordinator supporting our Rental division in Las Vegas, you'll be responsible for the creative and technical development of graphic design(s) through production. The Graphics Coordinator requires an eye for detail, as well as creativity, in each project it will support. The Trade Show & Experiential Marketing industry is ever evolving, meaning, you'll have the chance to support a variety of creative productions! Graphics Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Under direction of the Graphics Supervisor, responsible for the creative and technical development of graphic design through production. 
  • Provide accurate layouts with necessary information and visuals to communicate graphic design and productions. 
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines, ship dates and regular production schedules to ensure project stays within budget. 
  • Maintain color consistency through color proofing records for all client graphics in various medium. 
  • Maintain brand consistency in all aspects of project. 
  • Work within project time allotments and be proactive in alerting project team of necessary overages before they occur. 
  • Responsible for staying abreast and documenting the latest and best production methods. 
  • Review final graphics before shipment for quality, color consistency and accuracy. 
  • Keep Graphics Supervisor abreast of project challenges and seek assistance when necessary. 
  • Maintain organized current project folders on servers at all times. 
  • Uses and understands internal department forms for ordering and tracking of projects with outside vendors. 
  • Communicate clearly with Graphics Supervisor and Salespeople any schedule conflicts. 
  • Establish relationships with support vendors. 
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving vendor invoices for client projects in a timely manner. 
  • Participate in project meetings. 
  • Coordinate outside production resources. 
  • Responsible for completing daily timesheets in a timely manner. 
  • Develop and maintain presentation skills. 
  • Assist in client/prospect department tours. 
  • Maintain a "Creative Portfolio" of more creative projects/concepts/renderings to be used as a sales/marketing tool.
Requirements

Graphics Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate degree and/or five or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in adobe creative suite and MS Office is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred.
  • Experience with trade show graphics (SEG, Backlighting, etc) preferred.Â
