Mentor/DSP - Camillus Area (job #KB-KHH)

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a mentor to work in the Camillus area. She is looking for a dedicated support staff to provide her with transportation, support and assist with working on her goals, both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with communicating via a communication device, participating in community activities, supporting her safety awareness and assisting in her general independence.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Reliable vehicle and driver's license are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. Additional flexible hours available, as agreed upon with the individual. Flexibility to fill-in for other staff a plus. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
