Our products and tools aid in improved patient management and outcomes, medication error reductions, workflow improvements and cost control.
About the Role
You will collaborate with our sales teams and customers to prepare and execute contracts for all stages of the process. You will be our subject-matter expert on the contracting and order fulfilment processes for our Clinical Solutions Sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Sales Operations management to ensure our contracts adhere internal polices and best-practices.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating our CRM systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and invoice generation
Taking ownership of generating and executing customer contract requirements to ensure compliance with our company policies
Drafting and editing various contracts including master agreements, product service agreements, licenses and amendments to ensure accuracy of information
Supporting contract negotiation by responding to customer redlines and seeking internal stakeholder approvals
Managing the life-cycle of each customer contract by reviewing, executing and administering the contract database
Providing support to customers for contract related questions and queries
Being the principal liaison between internal stakeholders, Contracts Department and Sales teams to coordinate reviews and approvals of contracts
Requirements
Have good experience in producing sales proposals and contracts for a large organization
Have knowledge of the contracting process for technology products
Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience of CRM system data entry
Have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to engage and build relationships
Enjoy collaborating with teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement solutions
