Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Ability to Diagnose/Troubleshoot Problems (Hardware/Software/Network)
Performing remote help-desk support
System analysis and troubleshooting
Interfacing with outside vendors for 3rd party solution support
Participation in various internal and client-facing projects
Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of IT experience
Associates Degree or graduate
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Type 40 WPM

Compensation:

$15.00/Hour
Includes Paid Training
