Miami Beach first Jamaican kitchen in a chill intimate setting, letting customer interact and see the experience behind it all.

Line cooks will perform duties such as final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items.

We are looking for team members who take value in their work and strive to create great-tasting food for our customers while working in a family-friendly environment.

Main ingredients of the job:

The ideal candidate will have open availability and be eager to perform the following tasks:

• Must be a dedicated team player

• Able to coordinate food orders to ensure timely delivery to each table

• Must be able to follow the recipe and presentation guidelines

• Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are always followed

• Set up workstations with all required ingredients and equipment

• Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, roasters, and other kitchen equipment.

• Able to substitute for other cooks during emergencies or rush periods

• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking

Our restaurant is an authentic Jamaican concept, and looking for chefs that have knowledge of preparing Jamaican dishes, prepping and grilling poultry and other meat.
