Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Business Analyst for the Global Technology team. Experience with MDM Products and having knowledge of Restaurant Supply Chain functions is preferred.

The successful candidate for this role has hands-on experience to gather detailed business and technical requirements, create business use and test cases, and to act as a liaison by creating direct channels of communication between technical and business teams.

Experience

• Experience in understanding Stored Procedures, Stored Functions, Database Triggers, and Packages using SQL
• Good Data Warehousing concepts including Meta data and Data Marts
• Exposure to agile / scrum methodologies
• Full software development lifecycle experience
• Experience in the Restaurant Industry or having knowledge of Master Data Management within the Supply Chain domain
• Knowledge of STIBO or any Industry leading MDM is a preferred
• Knowledge of Supplier Item Master (SIM) or Product Information Management(PIM) or Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) within the Restaurant or Retail industry

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel on projects. Ensure comprehension of product vision, timelines, and risks
• Champion adoption of industry best practices (processes, tools, methods) which can improve productivity and quality
• Effectively communicate in writing and presentations to all levels within the organization
• Work at a high level to analyze a business problem, then recommend and develop solutions to address the business challenge

Lead translation of major business requirements into functional and non-functional/technical specifications
