Shift Supervisor - $65K+

We're Charter Next Generation (CNG), North America’s leading independent producer of high-performance, specialty film and flexible packaging solutions. Our Lexington division seeks four passionate, hard-working Shift Supervisors to join our family!

Making a Difference on a Daily Basis:

• Work with state-of-the-art, multimillion dollar technology
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals
• Coach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce development
• Organize and lead shift and safety meetings
• Establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals
• Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner
• Confirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standards
• Document all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violations
• Verify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks
• Ensure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resources
• Analyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputs
• Communicate formula changes to Research & Development team
