What You'll Be Doing Analyzing IT systems, networks, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal speed, security, and reliability. Identifying trends and forecasting future IT needs based on company growth.

Collaborating with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals. Improving cybersecurity policies and risk management strategies to protect company data. Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for upgrades and automation.

Working cross-functionally with IT support and technical teams to implement process improvements. What We're Looking For We need someone who can see the bigger picture a tech-savvy problem solver who can analyze not just what's happening now, but what needs to happen next. Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in IT analysis, system administration, or a related field.

Strong ability to analyze IT systems and propose data-driven solutions. Knowledge of cloud computing, network security, and system performance metrics. Experience with IT risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.

Proactive mindset you don't wait for problems; you find and fix them first. Ability to work remotely, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively. Nice-to-Haves: Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP, or similar fields.
