We are seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team to support Overnight shifts!
We require previous veterinary medicine experience. We prefer a candidate who is interested in elevating their career in Vet Med. What You'll Do- Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital
- Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours
- Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and financial discussions
- Communicate clearly with medical teams to support patient care and workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods
- Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations
- Previous/current veterinary receptionist experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-emotion emergency environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate presence
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently overnight
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and computer skills
- Positive, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed
Overnight CSRs play a vital role in supporting clients and medical teams during some of the most critical and emotional moments in a pet's life. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact, gain additional specialty and emergency experience, and potentially continue with the hospital in a flexible capacity.
