WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN

We're looking for a ISC Associate in our Richmond Fulfillment Center to schedule delivery appointments, under the direction of the Manager, Supervisor or Lead/Specialist.

WHAT'S ON THE MENU

• Responsible for scheduling all delivery appointments for freight being delivered to the building; inbound calls only
• Ensuring load accuracy at check out by physically counting
• Maintaining/filing required records
• Entering information into an excel spreadsheet
• Checking drivers in and out of the facility
• Partnering with the Purchasing team to work through any discrepancies with quantities of freight being delivered
• Perform other duties as assigned

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS

• Ability to work well with customers
• Stand up reach truck operating experience, required
• Strong math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to handle exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
