Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide / Food Service Worker to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.
Our focus is on providing nutritious, quality meals that support the health, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The Dietary Aide plays a key role in meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Essential Duties
โ€ข Assist with meal preparation and food service in a healthcare setting
โ€ข Serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines
โ€ข Follow portion control and special diet instructions as assigned
โ€ข Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, dining, and food prep areas
โ€ข Wash dishes and assist with kitchen organization
โ€ข Support residents during meal times as needed

โ€ข Work collaboratively with dietary team and nursing staff
Qualifications
