POSITION SUMMARY Start your journey with Well & Good as our Remote Communications Specialist/Virtual Assistant. This full-time, remote position requires excellent communication skills and an ability to manage details remotely. As our Communications Specialist, your day will be filled with client interactions and coordinating with field professionals to ensure we're meeting our client's needs in a timely manner.
Your ability to provide clear and effective communication and to understand and communicate needs as they arise will be the bridge connecting our teams and clients, making sure that everyone is on the same page. RESPONSIBILITIES Team up with industry leader Well & Good Property Services in a part time role ensuring client and field professional satisfaction and success Assist in receiving messages from clients, communicating effectively with them to ensure that they know they have been heard. Communicate client needs and requests to teammates and assist with necessary resolutions Build relationships with clients and field teammates in order to properly address concerns they may have Examine work order calendar and ensure proper notations are made Work alongside our entire support team and field professionals to meet the needs of our clients and provide a win for all involved Spanish-speaking not required, but ideal QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills Exemplary Attention to Detail in the Workplace Ability to navigate (or quickly learn) our company's apps: Slack and Breezeway.
Ability to use Google suite Organizational and team coordination skills Reliable office technology for audio/video team meetings COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Rate: $8 - $10 based on experience and achievement Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and some holidays as needed.
