As a Direct Care Worker with Assisting Hands Home Care you will be paired with one or more Members to help us deliver the best quality of in-home care to our clients.
Description: As a Direct Care Worker you report to the Client Services Coordinator to provide one-on-one care for our clients to ensure they stay happy and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion at home.

Duties may include:
- Companionship
- Personal care/hygiene
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Prep
- Occasional Transportation
- Reporting Changes to client's condition

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable Transportation (insurance)
- Valid Divers License (3-year clean record)
- CPR/1st Aid Certification/TB Test
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fingerprint Clearance
- DCW/DSP training certificate
One (0-1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred..
Hours: Dependent on assignment; Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability.
Weekend availability
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
