Job Description

As the IVR Developer you will work closely with Contact Center telephony (the communication and collaboration system used to manage inbound queries/outbound calls) to design, code, test, implement and support application software.

Qualifications

    IVR development and configurations using Orchestration Designer
    Avaya Experience Portal configurations
    Java and SQL programming
    IVR Unit testing
    Unix Scripting
    Tomcat Administration
