Business Analyst

Location:  Sacramento

Mandatory Qualifications: 

Candidate must meet at least five of the following 10 qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data cleansing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data quality.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data normalization quality.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and developing queries, rules, and reports.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from multiple disparate data sources, including data analysis and data cleansing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with relational databases using Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on data migration validation/testing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with data modeling tools.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using SAS, Data Flux, and/or Informatica Data Quality or similar data profiling tools.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, Oracle BI.

Desirable Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Snowflake.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Simpligov or similar workflow automation tools.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Service Now ETL, Talend, or PostgreSQL.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience establishing master data management strategy and solutions.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with mainframe data storage virtual storage access method (VSAM) files.
• Experience working with IBM Query Management Facility (QMF) and IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) for z/OS.
• Experience decomposing and mapping Binary Large Object (Blob) / Character Large Object (CLOB) data to normalization data repositories.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming.
