Business Analyst

Location:  Sacramento, CA/remote

 

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers, or end users, and the software development or information technology team
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into solution requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using business modeling, testing, and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience updating and maintaining procedures and process documentation
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology (IT) projects in support of governmental agencies
• Possession of current certification in business analysis (i.e. CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or other equivalent industry certification)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working on IT projects where Microsoft Power Platform was utilized.
